1. It was a very fun day, we learned lots about how we can film short films with all the different shot types. I really enjoyed being able to make our own film and I was very proud of the outcome. they taught us lots of skills that we will remember for a long time. It was a day full of memories and laughter that we will remember forever. Thank you so much for a brilliant day!

2. The one day film school was really an extraordinary day!. I particularly really liked when our movies were shown on screen, and the rush of anticipation and excitement to see who’s films had won, and the process that it took to make the films! after all its the journey that counts!!!. I loved the Two actors that helped put this fun filled day together and I hope I see them again soon, on a last note I want to say thank you to the team for putting this together and it was one of the best days at stowe! I will keep this as a memoir.

3. Had an amazing experience at the one-day film school! I Learned so much about cinematography, directing, and filming in such a short time! It was intense but super fun—definitely inspired me to create more! Highly recommend it to anyone interested in filmmaking.

4. Before the one-day film school, I hadn’t really experienced of known much about the process of filmmaking. Afterwards, I now realise how much fun it is! Thank you for the oppourtunity.

5. The one day film workshop was amazing, filled with fun activities for us to do, I learnt many things about stage combat ( fighting choreography) , filming, directing and also different acting styles. It was a really fun day and I was so disappointed when it ended. I do drama GCES and am really passionate for it and I think its a great way to show other students who are less passionate about the subject how fun it is. I do hope one day film continues their great work in the future.

6. I had such an amazing day and know that I was not the only one who feels this way. Being able to meet an actor that knows Tom cruise felt invigorating. I absolutely loved the independence we were given throughout the day and feel that this was one of the first steps to becoming an absolute changemaker. We spent the day learning how to do movie stunts like roundhouse punching in a way that tricked the camera. We made short 3 shot movies that taught us 3 different shots to use when filming. We then did a big movie of 10 shots which was shown on a big screen like we were real actors. It was such a unique experience and if it was offered to me again i would gladly take. Thank you for an absolutely amazing day.

7. This day was full of fun new experience and helped me build up on other skills. As someone who is not usually very keen on drama I
   surprisingly loved this day. We started of with a very interesting talk on the different camera angles and how to use I movie to make a shot film
   we then had a tutorial on how to fake punch this was so much fun to watch and after to our delight we got to practice with each other. WE then
   made our own movies and were given a theme. This was so fun to do as we had to run around the grounds filming this was very chaotic but
   very exiting. Overall this was the best day and i would absolutely love to do it again. Thank you so much for everyone who put this day on.

The hands-on experience, the creative energy, and the passion of the instructors made it all unforgettable. If you’re even a little curious about filmmaking, I highly recommend it. Can’t wait to apply what I’ve learned and keep the creativity flowing!

It was an amazing and informative day! we learnt about camera angles, plot, using imovie and even how to fake a roundhouse punch. we had so much fun and got the chance to improve our teamwork and resilience when making our short films. 12. Amazing Movie-Making Experience!

    This was such a fun and creative experience! We learned how to fake punch for movies, create our own films, and edit like pros. From directing to adding cool effects, every step was hands-on and exciting. Seeing our ideas come to life on screen was incredible! If you love filmmaking, this is a must-try! I wish I could do it again. this is absolutely amazing things and showed me a lot of new skills that I will use for the rest of my life.

13. The one day film Academy was a very fun and Educational day. We started of with learning how to do a fake punch will a really cool actor that had worked with Tom cruise, Then we learnt what camera shots to use to make a good film. The hole film making experience was so fun as each group was given a really cool topic to base there film of, Are topic was criminal and revenge you where given three hours and an iPad to make this film you got to go round the hole school and film in different locations and capture the land scape. Overall i would really highly recommend the one day film school as the people who came in where super nice, funny and it is an opportunity I would do again if offered to me.

14. Yesterday, I had the best day making films and learning how to do a fake punch, my favourite part was when we had a theme and we had to do a film in under 1 hour and 30 minutes including editing and filming and doing stuff we may not could’ve done in a school day! I will definitely draw from these experiences in my drama gcse. I also loved watching everyone else’s films as well as seeing my own on the screen. It was quite cool as well to meet an actor who has worked with tom cruise! all and all an amazing day! That’s a wrap!!!!!!!!!

16. Attending the one-day workshop on amateur filmmaking was amazing! We learned so much about the process and had a fantastic time recording our own 10-shot film. It was an invaluable experience I think we all also really enjoyed learning a mature fighting, thanks to your team for this experience.

    I am a drama student and would really reccomend one day film school!

18. I had such a great time at the one-day film school! It was really interesting to see how much you can convey with just three shots, and then how much more depth you can add with ten. The hands-on approach was super fun, but I think a bit more focus on the technical stuff, like lighting and camera angles, would’ve helped refine things even more. It would’ve been great to dive deeper into editing techniques as well. Overall, it was a really inspiring experience, and I can’t wait to use what I learned in future projects!

19. The most fun action packed day with laughter and teamwork. This showed up until the final minutes when the projects were shown and still then we continued to laugh. Memories were made and they will definitely be remembered so our gratitude goes fully to the young film academy for this day and we hope they continue to do these for years to come.
